Ravi Gururaj is a serial entrepreneur with 5 ventures and 2 public exits, an angel investor, a mentor to numerous entrepreneurs, technology executive, and ecosystem evangelist. He is Chairman & Co-Founder of Frictionless Ventures where he is building and investing in innovative software products primarily in the cloud, mobile, and big data segments. Ravi is a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, chairs the NASSCOM Product Council and co-hosts the NASSCOM Product Conclave. He is Charter Member of TiE Bangalore where he launched the Cloud SIG and is Co-Founder & Co-Chair of HBS Alumni Angels India chapter.
Ravi received his MBA with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He graduated with honors as Benjamin Franklin Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania in the Management and Technology (M&T) program, receiving a B.S.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Moore School and a B.Sc. in Finance from the Wharton School. He was also a research scholar at the University of Edinburgh and schooled at La Martiniere for Boys in Kolkata.

Ravi Narayan is the Director of Microsoft Ventures in India and responsible for Microsoft Ventures Accelerator, Bangalore. He joined Microsoft recently from Mentor Partners, a Seed Fund based in Bangalore. Ravi has been an entrepreneur, mentor and investor most of his career. Radhakrishnan Ramachandran is a media professional turned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across print, TV and digital media. He turned entrepreneur in 2000, when he co-founded India Syndicate, a leading digital content solutions company. Prior to that, he was Chief of Bureau at CNBC TV18.
Radhakrishnan launched iStream.com in early 2012 as a premium online video destination after raising $ 5 million from SAIF partners.The goal was to build an online video product which would be India's answer to Hulu and Netflix. It was well on its way, clocking over 6 million unique users and 12 million video views by March 2013. The dream run was cut short when it failed to raise the second round of funding and he decided to shut down the portal in May 2013. However, he continues to believe in the online video space and has launched his third venture Pepper Media, a full service online video production and distribution company.

Profoundis is a successfully bootstrapped company which focuses on Big Data and enterprise products based on the same. 5 months back, Profoundis launched Vibe(https://vibeapp.co/), a sales intelligence tool to find personal and professional background of prospective customers.
