STN South Asia Conclave 2023 + Class of 2023 Commencement

Welcome to the third edition of STN South Asia Conclave to be held in Taj Samudra, Colombo on 30 Nov - 2 Dec! The Conclave theme is going to be "Leader and the Leadership" 

We are also delighted to formally welcome the Class of 2022 to the STN SA Network!

We will soon publish the full event agenda, sharing the session outline below:

• Nov 30, 5 pm - 8 pm: Class of 2023 commencement event and welcome dinner.
• Dec 1, 9 am - 5 pm: Learning & Networking sessions
• Dec 2, 9 am - 4 pm: Learning & Networking sessions  
• Dec 2, 6 PM onwards: Gala Dinner event 

Event Registration fee:

• Network members (C1 - C4), your STN annual membership fee offers a 50% discount on the event registration fee, please reach out to the organizers for the discount code.
• Class of 2023 (C5) the registration fee is Rs. 10000

Venue & Accommodation Details:

• Taj Samudra, Colombo 
• Plan to fly into Colombo on Thursday, 30 Nov, 12noon - 4 pm and fly out on Sunday, 3 December
• Here is the link to reserve accommodation at Taj Samudra. There are 3 categories of room, the booking is on a first-come-first-basis so please make your booking at the earliest. 
  • Deluxe room: $91 + taxes
  • Luxury room: $107 + taxes
  • Taj Club room: $118 + taxes 

• Since we have a limited number of rooms available at the property, we encourage you to coordinate with your peers and reserve the rooms on double occupancy.
