I have given access to my team member for Event Manager app, but the event is not showing up when the team member is login, why?

Ask  the team member to check his Time Zone setting. The time Zone setting must match  to the event place/location.  If that is not set accordingly, please set it up and refresh the app else  re-login, it should show up.  If you still face the issue, please  send a mail to support@explara.com with the email id of the team member  and the Event URL/ID for us to cross check.
