Can multiple team members receive the confirmation email or user query?

Yes,  Explara provides this facility through Access Control. Add the person in the  access control and   then enable the option "Confirmation Mail". This way ,  apart from the event organiser, the newly added  member would also  receive the confirmation  mail copy.
