Manage your Explara account, update settings, preferences, and customization easily on your own. If you are an attendee, you can login to check your purchase/event tickets/registrations to print/download invoices.
If you are an organizer, you can log in to manage your entire solutions need and business processes.
I forget my password, how to log in?
On the login screen, you will see an option ‘Forgot password’, click the same and enter your email id, Explara will send you an email with the verification code to reset your password. When you enter the verification code, Explara will open a reset screen and allow you to input the new password. You can choose your new password to save.
I want to close my account, how to do?
Once you logged in, you have an option under profile & settings to close the account. When you submit the close account option, Explara will send an email to confirm the same. Upon confirmation, Explara will close your account. Kindly note, it may take more than 48 hours to completely close an account, Explara will update you with an account closure confirmation email.
